Shipping policy

Syrup & Sage is an online dropshipping store where products are found and shipped from selected third-party suppliers.

Kindly take note that products found on the Syrup & Sage online shopify store are shipped to customers directly from third party suppliers and may take longer than traditional retail. 

Processing and delivery timeframes depend on that of each supplier store -which means that products approximately take 7 - 20 days to be shipped to a customers.

Customers should contact us on syrupnsage@gmail.com, should their delivery take longer than 60 days.

We respond to customer concerns within 15 days.
