Kindly take note that products found on the Syrup N Sage online store are shipped to customers directly from third party suppliers and may take longer than traditional retail. 

Due to an arrangement with our suppliers, we are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING for customers who are based in SOUTH AFRICA - If you are in South Africa and find yourself paying for shipping contact us at help@syrupnsage.co.za and we will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Processing and delivery timeframes depend on that of each supplier store -which means that products approximately take 7 - 20 days to be shipped to a customer.

Customers should contact us on help@syrupnsage.co.za, should their delivery take longer than 60 days.

We respond to customer concerns within 15 days.
